Manna Pro Incubator.jpg

After literally countless hours of research on incubators and a very limited budget, I needed something reliable enough to hatch batch after batch. This one was the perfect balance of performance, ease of use, and price for a first-time beginner. It has automatic egg turning that turns off automatically 3 days before hatch, a humidity sensor (which is a plus on an economy model) and an external port for adding water. It's simple to clean, and the 360 view of the eggs at hatch time is  amazing!

No matter how accurate or fancy your incubator sensors, always double guess them. Always! Even small temperature fluctuations, or inaccurate calibration, can have a dramatic effect on your hatch rate! I have loved these tiny ones because they fit in among the eggs, and the batteries last a long time.

Little Giant_edited_edited_edited.png

No time to feed the chickens every morning? No problem! This gravity fed feeder comes in a variety of sizes, from 35lbs to 60lb capacity. The only catch we have found is that it does best under a covered run, as heavy or wind-driven rain can potentially get soaked up by the feed sitting in the dish and cause a plug in the neck of the funnel. However it is easily remedied, and te bin is easy to clean. The plastic is robust and sturdy and will last for years and years!
